สิทธิ์ในการใช้ผลงาน

ราคาที่แจ้งใช้สำหรับงานส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น
หากต้องการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ในภายหลัง สามารถชำระค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมเพื่อซื้อสิทธิ์ได้

ตัวอย่างการคิดราคาเชิงพาณิชย์
1. ใช้งานเป็นไฟล์ดิจิทัล เช่น ปกนิยาย/ภาพประกอบใน e-book, เว็บไซต์ออนไลน์ มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 50-75% หรือ x1.5-1.75 จากราคางานเต็ม
2. ใช้งานเพื่อนำไปผลิตเป็นสินค้าจริง เช่น หนังสือนิยาย มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 100% หรือ x2 จากราคางานเต็ม

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำภาพร่างไปใช้งานต่อ ยกเว้นมีการชำระเงินซื้อภาพร่างนั้น ๆ อย่างถูกต้อง
ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานไปขายต่อเกินกว่าราคาที่รับซื้อไว้
ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปใช้ Generate AI ทุกประเภท

ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน

งานถูก Active พร้อมกันหลายคิว ใช้ระยะเวลา 2-5 สัปดาห์/ครั้ง ในการส่งความคืบหน้า
งานจะเสร็จสิ้นทั้งหมดภายใน 2-5 เดือนหลังได้รับชำระเงิน
คิวที่จัดไว้เป็นระยะเวลาคร่าว ๆ หากมีเหตุสุดวิสัยอาจคลาดเคลื่อน 1-2 เดือน

หากกำหนดการใช้ชิ้นงานค่อนข้างเร่งด่วน อยากให้พิจารณาเรื่องระยะเวลาและคิวงานก่อนว่าจ้างค่ะ

ขั้นตอนการสั่งงาน

กรอกแบบฟอร์มเพื่อจองคิว โดยมีค่ามัดจำ 1,000 บาท/ชิ้นงาน

ไม่มีการคืนเงินมัดจำหากยกเลิกหรือทิ้งคิว / ราคางานจะหักค่ามัดจำออกตามจริง

สามารถส่งบรีฟในภายหลังได้ทุกเวลา (อย่างช้าที่สุดก่อนถึงคิว 2 สัปดาห์)
ก่อนเริ่มงานจะมีการชำระเงินอีกครั้ง สามารถเลือกจ่ายครึ่งนึงหรือเต็มจำนวนได้
ขั้นตอนทำงานและส่งความคืบหน้า

ภาพร่าง (ดราฟท์)	ส่งประมาณ 2-3 ตัวเลือก สามารถขอให้ร่างใหม่ได้หนึ่งครั้ง โดยอ้างอิงจากบรีฟเดิมเท่านั้น **หากมีการเปลี่ยนบรีฟจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
สเก็ทช์	แก้ไขรายละเอียดโดยรวมได้ 2 ครั้ง เช่น การจัดวางท่าทาง
ตัดเส้นและไกด์สี	แก้ไขรายละเอียดบางส่วนหลังตัดเส้นได้ / ปรับเปลี่ยนสี แสงเงาได้ทั้งหมด
ลงสีเสร็จ	แก้ไขรายละเอียดบางจุด / ปรับแต่งสีได้
ส่งงานจริง	นักวาดจะเช็คงานรอบสุดท้ายอีกครั้ง ขั้นตอนนี้อาจมีการแต่งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมหากเห็นว่ามีจุดที่ตกหล่น ส่งไฟล์งานพร้อมการ์ดสแตมป์ผ่านทางอีเมลล์

หากยกเลิกงานในขั้นตอนส่งภาพร่าง จะคืนเงิน 50% เมื่อมีการชำระเต็มจำนวนแล้ว
หากยกเลิกงานหลังคอนเฟิร์มภาพร่างจะไม่มีการคืนเงิน

Terms of service

Usage Rights

The stated price applies only to personal use.
If you wish to use it for commercial purposes in the future, you can pay an additional fee to purchase the rights.
Unauthorized distribution of the draft is prohibited unless the appropriate payment is made to purchase the draft.
Reselling the work at a price higher than the purchased price is not allowed.
Using the work for all types of AI generation is not permitted.

Work Duration

Multiple queues of tasks are active simultaneously, taking 2-5 weeks per steps for progress updates.
All progress will be completed within 2-5 months after payment is received.
The scheduled queues are approximate, and unforeseen circumstances could lead to a deviation of 1-2 months.

Ordering Process

Fill out the form to reserve a queue, with a deposit of 40 USD per piece of work.

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or queue abandonment / The deposit will be deducted from the actual job price.

Revisions can be submitted later at any time (latest 2 weeks before the queue).
A second payment will be required before work begins. You can choose to pay half or the full amount.
Work Process and Progress Updates

Sketch (Draft)	Around 2-3 options will be provided. Can request 1 time to revisions for a new draft, referring to the original brief only. **Any change of brief after receiving sketches will incur additional charges.
Sketch	Overall details can be adjusted 2 times
Lineart and Color Guide	Detail edits are still allowed after the lineart is done. All colors, shadows, and highlights can be adjusted.
Final Coloring	Minor detail edits and touch-ups to colors are possible.
Final Artwork	pffinn will do a final check. Additional detail refinements might be made at this stage if any discrepancies are found. The artwork files will be sent along with a stamped card via email.

If the request is canceled during the sketch phase, a 50% refund will be given after full payment has been made.
If the request is canceled after sketch approval, there will be no refund.
